What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and belongs on hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew at the root — that's what we use on siding, stucco, painted wood and roofs, because high pressure on those surfaces causes real damage.
Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants or pets?

No. We pre-soak landscaping with fresh water before we start, rinse thoroughly afterwards, and use dilutions matched to the surface. Pets should stay inside while we work, and everything is safe once surfaces are dry.
How often should a Central Florida home be washed?

Our humidity means most homes need a house wash every 12 to 18 months, driveways every 12 months, and a roof treatment every 2 to 3 years. Shaded lots and lakefront properties tend to need it sooner.
Do I need to be home during the service?

Not necessarily. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot and to any gated areas. Most customers leave us to it and we walk the finished job with them afterwards or send photos.
Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — we're licensed and carry liability insurance on every job. We'll send a certificate of insurance to you or your HOA on request before work begins.
How long does a typical job take?

A driveway is usually one to two hours. A full house wash runs two to four hours. A roof treatment plus house wash on a larger property is a half-day. We give you a realistic window when we quote — and a text before we arrive.
Will roof washing void my shingle warranty?

Not the way we do it. We use a low-pressure treatment rather than high-pressure blasting, which is the method shingle manufacturers recommend. High-pressure roof cleaning strips granules and is what actually voids warranties.
